Supplication for Entering a City

Invocation for Entering a Town or City

Context

Unfortuantely I wasn’t able to find the actual hadith this Supplication is quoted from in the references available to me. But ref [1] cites the following,

  • Al-Hakim who graded it authentic and Ath-Thahabi agreed 2/100, and Ibn As-Sunni (no. 524). Al-Hafidh graded it good in his checking of Al-‘Athkar 5/154. Ibn Baz said in Tuhfatul- ‘Akhyar p. 37, that An-Nasa’i recorded it with a good chain of narration.

Sighting the New Moon (Supplication)

Invocation for Sighting the New Moon

Comment

In my research I was unable to confirm the exact wording above in the references I had access to. The closest was the following (from “English Translation of Jāmi‘ At-Tirmidhī”. Compiled by Mohammad Ibn ‘Eisā At-Tirmidhi et al. Darussalam. Nov, 2007. Volume 6, Hadith #3451, pg 178)
TheWahyProject-Supplication-SightingNewMoon-34-0-CommentBut will defer to the references cited by Ref [1] below (“Fortress of the Muslim, Invocations from the Qur’an and Sunnah”) as they probably had access to more resources than available to me,
