As-Salaam-Alaikum World!

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

As-Salaam-Alaikum Everyone,

I am very excited today, we are in the last ten days of Ramadan and this first post marks the launch of the “The Wahy Project” – my very first blog! (Alhamdulillah) … I have so much to say & share, but can’t seem to find the right words at the moment (must be a case of digital writers block) 😉

So let me start from the beginning … What is “The Wahy Project” all about? Well, in a nutshell the main aim is to share information, knowledge & resources about the basics of Islam … and to make it easily accessible (to everyone) in today’s digital world. You might ask, well there are lots of good sites out there already. Absolutely – I totally agree, but sometimes it is difficult to find exactly what you are looking for (especially in a format which is easy to digest). So another aim of this blog is to try and centralize, collect and present wonderful information in a unique manner (all in one place, inshAllah).

So without further adieu lets start on this journey of re-discovery …

I ask Allah the Glorious, the All-Mighty, by His beautiful Names and by His sublime Attributes to accept this as having been done sincerely for His sake alone.[3] (Ameen). I ask Allah’s forgiveness for my own shortcomings and any mistakes I make along the way in this blog. All praise is due to Allah, our Creator and Sustainer, Lord of the Worlds.[4a]
