You may wonder why I decided to compile this book (as there are many excellent references on this subject). It all started when I tried to find a clear, easy to read book on the subject (especially since Arabic is not my first language). After searching, I found it difficult to find a resource that was not only aimed at an English speaking audience, but also widely accessible and available.
So eventually I decided to compile my own. The aim is to present a clear, simple, crisp book on the subject, that not only presents the English representation, but also the Arabic text. As a special treat Audio Pronunciation of all the Names is also included (just click the grey squares in the Pdf file).
First and foremost I thank Allah the Almighty for having granted me the ability, health, strength and time to work on and complete this book. Without the Guidance, Mercy and Blessings of our Sustainer we can achieve nothing.[4b]
A special thanks to Sheik Mamdouh Moustafa Mahmoud, for reviewing the Arabic text, English transliterations, recording the Pronunciations and providing valuable feedback and comments.
