Invocation for Sighting the New Moon

In my research I was unable to confirm the exact wording above in the references I had access to. The closest was the following (from “English Translation of Jāmi‘ At-Tirmidhī”. Compiled by Mohammad Ibn ‘Eisā At-Tirmidhi et al. Darussalam. Nov, 2007. Volume 6, Hadith #3451, pg 178)
But will defer to the references cited by Ref [1] below (“Fortress of the Muslim, Invocations from the Qur’an and Sunnah”) as they probably had access to more resources than available to me,
