Sorry have been offline for a while – the past months has been so very busy. But I have been working hard on new material, which I hope (inshAllah) to release real soon 🙂 But in the mean time, let me share one of the projects I have been working on – as you may know I create my own Cover Art, which is embedded into each audio (mp3) file released by this site. Here is a sample of the latest cover … Alhamdulillah!
I love Islamic Patterns and their geometrical intricacies – the new series of Cover Art that I am working on, is inspired by this beautiful art form.
So stay tuned and you should start seeing this (& more) in some of the mp3 files soon.
Some of my other Cover Art images can be found in one of my earlier posts here
Can you believe how fast time is flying 🙂 I have been meaning to post a lot more recently but just haven’t had a chance 😉 … but inshAllah will start releasing some more posts real soon.
In the meantime have added a new image in the Banner above – this is an old slide that I had taken a while back of a beautiful mosque. Hope you like it … as it is cropped above, here is the original image.
Wishing you and your family a wonderful Eid Al-Adha.
The heading says it all 🙂 … You can now get to this site (The Wahy Project) by simply using www.thewahyproject.com

Have you ever wanted to know which supplication to recite before breaking your fast? Or perhaps a supplication for waking up from sleep? How about a supplication specially for guidance?
Have you ever wanted to listen to a supplication to hear the correct pronunciation? Or load it onto your iPod to help you learn it in no time?
Have you ever wanted to read a supplication in large clear Arabic text (rather than tiny fonts)?
Have you ever wanted to make sure supplications were accurate and authentic?
… I Have 🙂 … and today am very excited to introduce Supplication Sheets; which will inshAllah meet all the above expectations and much more.
So what are Supplication Sheets I hear you ask … they are concise, clear documents on a specific supplication. Not only is the Arabic text provided, but also the English translation, transliteration and audio.
Supplication Sheets will incrementally be released on a variety of topics from Forgiveness to Fasting to Hajj & much more. InshAllah over time we will build a comprehensiveness Supplication library that everyone can use.
But what makes Supplication Sheets different to other projects? Well, a number of features
How time has flown…I realize that I haven’t posted for a while, but have been busy working on new content for everyone. Am really excited, will have some great stuff to release shortly…so stay tuned.
In the meantime you may have noticed some new images in the Banner above. The first image is the background that I used for my Eid greeting image. It was a photo I took a while back of some beautifully intricate tiles. The second photo is of these amazing geometric hallways in a mosque. As it is cropped quite a bit in the Header above, I thought I would share the full image with you,
Eid Mubarak – Wishing everyone a wonderful Eid-ul-Adha
You may have noticed that I just updated the Header image at the top of this page 🙂
I actually took this photo quite a while ago on colour slide film. As it is cropped quite a bit in the Header above, I thought I would share the full image with you,

My Latest Creative Visual Concoction
I realize the last post was quite boring (licensing stuff). So let me liven things up. I thought I would share my latest project with you … I just finished creating two pictures that I will be using as Cover Art in the audio (mp3) files that will be released as part of this project. Alhamdulillah!
So stay tuned and you should start seeing these in the mp3 files soon.
I just updated some licensing stuff about the original content (pdf, mp3, etc) created and released by The Wahy Project. You can review it by clicking here or using the “License” link in the header of this page.
(If your interested I took this photo in a National Park on a cold, cold winters day)
