| In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. | ||
| 1 | The calamity! | |
| 2 | What is the great calamity? | |
| 3 | And what will make you understand what the calamity is? | |
| 4 | (It is) a day when men will be like scattered moths, | |
| 5 | And the mountains will be like carded wool. | |
| 6 | Then anyone whose measure (of good deeds) is heavy, | |
| 7 | He will live a pleasant life. | |
| 8 | But anyone whose measure (of good deeds) is light, | |
| 9 | His abode will be a hell. | |
| 10 | And what will make you realize what it is? | |
| 11 | A raging fire! |
