Translation
| In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. | ||
| 1 | (I swear) By the panting chargers, | |
| 2 | And by their movements which emit sparks of fire, | |
| 3 | And by their sweeping invasion at dawn, | |
| 4 | And by their raising therewith a trail of dust, | |
| 5 | And by their penetrating into the midst of the gathering (foes), | |
| 6 | Most surely man is ungrateful to his Lord; | |
| 7 | And of this he himself is a sure witness. | |
| 8 | Truly he is passionately in love of wealth. | |
| 9 | Does he not know that whatever is in the graves will be flung about? | |
| 10 | And what is in the chests is brought out, | |
| 11 | And most surely, their Lord on that day will be fully aware of them. |
